Overseas

Overseas placements are actual on the ground development work opportunities. They are funded by EWB Calgary, so no expense is incurred to the volunteer, but it is expected that the volunteers assist in fundraising.

Only a few members of EWB get to go on overseas placements, but all members benefit from their experiences in facilitating that placement, and the development knowledge that the returning volunteers bring back to the chapter.
